Policies Overview

Wellness is our focus at Alter'd Carbon LLC. We strive to provide a professional, therapeutic and relaxing session that is customized to each individual client. In our commitment to provide a unique and relaxing experience to all of our clients, and out of consideration of all parties' time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

Scheduling & Arrival Times

At the time of scheduling appointments, clients may be subject to a 20% deposit to schedule. This deposit is applied to the service balance. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of short notice cancellation or no-show.

A 20% deposit will be required for scheduling multiple services in the same day/week. Said deposit will also be required for group/party scheduling.

Upon arrival, we ask that you are quiet and respectful of the other clients and spa services going on.

Please arrive at your appointment at the time scheduled. We take time between clients to sanitize and reset our treatment rooms with clean linens and fresh tools and products. Arriving too early may result in a slight wait time.

Cancellations

Please allow a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that unforeseen events can happen within the time period, please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Clients canceling within a 6-hour period prior to service is considered a 'short notice cancellation' and subject to prepayment for scheduling future services.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Everyone's time is valuable. Alter'd Carbon sends automated reminder/confirmation texts and emails to help keep everyone's time respected. Clients that forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a 'No Show'.

No show clients will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.

Two No shows or short notice cancellations will result in the client no longer being able to schedule appointments without prepaying for services.

Late Arrivals
(Under 15min late) if service can still be performed, it will have time shortened with full payment required.
(After 15min late) client will be considered a short notice cancellation or no show & service will be charged in full.

Appointments with deposits holding them are subject to loss of deposit should the client no-show their appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable on short-notice cancellations or no shows.

Clients are required to complete our Service Conduct Consent form through our booking service before scheduling an appointment.
